A Peek Behind the Art
It's always a pleasure working with Caroline and the Chickadee crew, but even more so when the issue's theme is this close to my heart!
The brief was all about inspiring kids to explore their creativity, experiment with different materials, and push the limits of their imagination. I was tasked with designing a bright, eye-catching cover inspired by Andy Warhol and the pop art movement, along with two interior character vignettes to support the feature story.
The design team also asked for a hand-lettered title to match the look and feel of the illustration, something I'm always happy to do!
